Second Mistress? I wish I could be that faithful.. Third, fourth, more..

I can't ever settle on just one gun.. I do love my beretta's, but I also have a thing for my 1911's. Flavors range from .45 ACP, .45 Super, and 10mm.

The upper left 7" with the 'bio-hazard' grips, I built myself using a SA frame, and AMT slide and barrel.

A couple up close and personal shots:

    First the 7" custom .45ACP...

    Second, my Springfield OMEGA 10mm...

Then of course there's my CZ SP01 with *cough, cough*  lower rail mount.. Bayonet is removable, exposing the 'perp' controlling, window smashing hard anodized front muzzle teeth of the assembly. Ouch!

Saving the best for last, are my true second loves, and again there is more than one.

Although they look good plain, I just had to dress them up!

Re: Second Mistress? < your a good man! :) chk out the "BASHING"

As do probably 100,000 other shooters (including me).  Unfortunatly, there is not a .45ACP  92/96 on the horizon thus far, and probably will not be with the advent of the PX4 in .45. The PX4 designation stands for: P=pistol  X=times  4=four.

If BUSA produced the 92/96 platform in .45, that would rock the market worldwide as did the 92F back in the mid 80's. I personally feel that the 96 platform will support the .45 pressures. The 40 S&W in the 96 is about 35,000 psi. The .45 ACP is about 21,000 psi. So the OS platfrom of the 96 will support the 45 ACP pressures. BUt, there is no reason as far as BUSA is concerned to do so. The PX4 takes care of that. But again, perhaps a model 45FS, in 45ACP. It would sell like KY in a cathouse!

    PX4 designations are:

    FS- SA/DA

    D- DAO w/spurless hammer

    G- decock only

C- C/A constant action, DAO variant. spurless hammer

I wonder why...I like the PX$ storm ...but I dont like the low capacity of the .45 model....

Re: Second Mistress? < your a good man! :) chk out the "BASHING"

I agree. Both the PX4 .45 models have a 10 round mag capacity, which when compared to the 1911 looks good. But then there are the likes of Springfield Ar XD with a 14 rnd mag, the Para P-14 with a 14 rnd mag. The glock 30 sports a 10 rnd mag.

The problem being the size of the 45 round, grips need to be very wide to get past 10 rnds in the mag, hence the very wide grip of the Para P-14. In light of that, the PX4's have no less capacity then most of the mainline .45 pistols on the market today. The best way may be to use extended mags as secondary mags, which can be 15 or 20 rnd mags.

Hey Burn! , Your gettin mighty close my friend...........its almost time to send yours out. On a diff. note.

I can't believe you said make the 92/96 in .45 ????????? Ask PB how many times he and I have discussed that!! sometimes, i think there are groups of people "on a wavelength" tuned into a radio station......... maybe we only recieve when were sleeping , but then hear other people saying what we "think we thought of ourselves a novel thought"............that how me and pb got on the subject of Beretta making the 96 into a .45 (actually, i have another thought on that too, that being the 5.7 x 28 in the fn machines working in the 96)

Finally, i really like the beretta ( i keep missing the mdl #, [one must admit they are a tad confusing sometimes.......] .223 version of the carbine..... __________?

I think if they treated that rifle like an mp5 (sorta),,, that would be an EXCELLENT TACTICAL choice......... chop that barrel down, change the "hardware/software<polymer :) Just send me one, ILL DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  send it back with a mount, lower light, lser, nvg setup, with acog and docter ontop............. yuuumm, doggone sexy!! :) My mistresses come to me in my dreams  (mostly :) (i got another princess stashed away, shhhhhhh. ;)

Best, Da Pik :)  < or the "pig" depending on when you catch me :) ??

PB, whats is the name of the Ber. rifle thats like the cx4 that is in .223???

Re: Second Mistress? < your a good man! :) chk out the "BASHING"

    That would be the RX4.........

Ah yes, the .223 WSSM (Winchester Super Short Magnum), a shortened .300 WSM necked for the 223, 4250 FPS, 1300 meters per second. Awsome for prarie dogs, very fsat round, but still a .22.

chk out the "BASHING"< and the BASH GOES ON!!

Hey PB, first of all your gonna slap me cause I literally just figured out what PB stood for, lol. At least I can admit it when im a dumbass! : )

I'll get to the specificity of this, but before arfcom locked down the thread in which i was trying to show folks what i was up to. ( NOTE* -- When was the last time you or really anyone who reads this, saw the owner of a company, make themselves available to the public? Makes me wonder why I bother talking to people alotta times.)

What I REALLY wanted TO COMMENT on was the RX4, i like the gun just fine.....np. But would it not make sense, to have that thing "eat" wssm rounds and milball .223?  I mean, just chop the barrel down some, unless that is sixteen inches, PLEASE do a mdl where you replace the stock with something a little more "tactical", give it a drop down handgrip, (this is beretta tactical right? :) you know, just "militarize it some"...

I think it would be a badass little chopper on full auto, burst or semi < for mil/le  and a semi version still for the public, no changes, other than perhaps a little chambering specs, minimal at most!.

You know, they (they being AR15/Arfcom) finally locked down the thread i had going. Thats ok, i tried to advertise with them, they never answered, and then lock it down.......more geniuses.

Again my point being, I take a world of horse crap even by making myself  "publicly available". (and am starting to consider changing that policy) Right before they locked it down, and i cant help but share the "GENIUSES COMMENTS" in reference to what Im making.........The TacRail.

The IDIOT comes in and sez the following:

So I said to myself , what??? their stuff AINT CHEAP. But I wanted to make sure I wasnt wrong, so i went and dug up something comparable. see the link below. ( I got NO Problems w/ LaRue, NONE, its a free country [barely] and people can do as they please!) But dont insult me like their stuff is CHEAP, when my stuff is literally HUNDREDS of DOLLARS LESS> AND, any time, I will match up the design, manufacturing , etc. of my product up against ANY MFG. of a similar tool as the TacRail. So, folks, if you stupid, well lets put it this way.........Ron White said it best, you can get your teeth fixed, cut your hair, even have some plastic surgery.......you will look better, BUT THERE AINT NO FIXIN STUPID!!!!

Viper after all the grief I take in some other forums, to see your pistol as a full spread in (ask PB which mag) it, literally a two page single image!!!

And the TacRail is dumb?  Well, I think we'll all be seeing that some of the folks in this industry don't think soooooo.........  : )    Best, Dave
